Reporting to the Pacific Team Lead, we are currently hiring for multiple Inside Sales Representative roles.
You will be pivotal in managing and growing our commercial relationships with a diverse portfolio of small business customers nationally. You will be the primary point of contact for clients across both the Industrial sector (e.g., welding, automotive, and manufacturing) and the Healthcare sector (e.g., dentists, veterinarians, GPs, and beauty clinics).
Your mission is to drive sustainable growth through targeted business development and exceptional relationship management via phone and email channels.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
* Relationship & Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing small customers to ensure retention and revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical and practical assistance regarding our gas solutions.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new prospects within the small business and healthcare segments to expand our market presence and meet sales targets.
* Campaign Execution: Manage targeted sales campaigns, ensuring rigorous follow-up and reporting to maximize conversion rates.
* Compliance & Quality: Participate in regular audits to ensure call quality, compliance, and the consistent application of Inside Sales policies and procedures.
* Contract Management: Ensure all customers have current standard contracts and manage ongoing contract compliance.
* Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and initiatives as part of the broader Air Liquide commitment to "zero harm."
Are you a MATCH?
* Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close sales with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. You are an inspired self-starter who can influence decision-making.
* Professional Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in a similar sales or customer-facing capacity. Prior experience managing a client base within industrial sectors (e.g., welding, automotive) or healthcare environments (e.g., dental, veterinary, GP, or beauty clinics) is highly preferred.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Google Workspace suite. The ability to learn new CRM systems and environments quickly is essential.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
* Innovative Mindset: A proactive attitude with the initiative to drive change and take ownership of process improvements
