Sigma Therapies is growing, and we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our clinician-led team in Perth.
This role is based from our Bibra Lake office, with community-based appointments across metro Perth and flexibility to complete administration and report writing from home.
You will support a mix of NDIS participants and private/self-funded clients, with future opportunities to be involved in aged care service development as Sigma continues to grow.
No formal cover letter is required. A CV and a short message are enough.
Why OTs choose Sigma Therapies
Strong salary and real bonus potential
Earn $90,000 to $110,000 + super, with a quarterly bonus structure that can add $10,000+ per year depending on performance and role structure.
WFH admin and report‐writing flexibility
This is not a role where every hour needs to be face‐to‐face. You will have flexibility to complete reports, planning and admin from home.
Professional development that actually supports you
You will receive a $2,500 annual PD allowance, plus support to develop your clinical interests.
Supervision and mentoring
You will be supported with supervision, check‐ins, case discussion and practical guidance. We can tailor the level of support depending on your experience.
Manageable community‐based work
We want clinicians to have the time to think, write properly and provide quality therapy. We are not trying to build a high‐volume burnout model.
Tools from day one
You will be provided with a laptop, work phone, practice software, templates and systems to help you work efficiently.
Wellbeing matters
You will receive 4 weeks annual leave plus 2 wellness days each year.
Travel is reimbursed
