Scientific Instrument Servicing Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Scientific Instrument Servicing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining high-performance scientific instruments.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in field service with industrial-related customers, excellent customer relationship building skills, and a general understanding of basic computer language and commands.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Servicing and maintaining scientific instruments, including SC-XRD, XRD, and XRF equipment
* Providing customer training on instrument operation and applications
* Supporting customer needs through remote hotline assistance and on-site visits
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in field service with industrial-related customers
* Excellent customer relationship building skills
* General understanding of basic computer language and commands
* Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* At least 3 years of field experience in similar technical environments
