We're looking for a passionate, people‐focused leader who knows how to create exceptional customer experiences every single day through building high‐performing teams, and driving service excellence. This is a Multi‐Site Manager position working with Ampol and managing our Consolidated Retail brands. In this role you'll be responsible for the day to day running of a number of our small format, franchised QSR (quick service restaurant) stores, including our two Soul Origin Stores at our M4 Eastern Creek sites.
What You'll Do
* Be the champion of our customers — ensuring every guest receives unbeatable service.
* Bring our values and culture to life for both customers and the team.
* Monitor and guide daily store operations to maintain fast, efficient service.
* Build capability across the front‐of‐house teams so they can add value to every transaction.
* Use customer feedback to create action plans, celebrate wins, and coach the team for continuous improvement.
* Execute retail initiatives, promotions, and offers to the highest standard.
* Stay informed on local competitors, customer trends, and community needs — and share insights with the wider team.
* Maintain a high level of safety for customers, crew and contractors ensuring store operations aligned with our business standards.
* Support team leaders to develop high‐performing store teams, manage performance, and recruit and onboard new team members.

* Flexibility to travel between sites and support teams over peak trading hours as needed.
