The Evolve Therapeutic Service (ETS) team provides mental health services to children and young people 0-18 years involved with child safety services, on child protection orders and in out-of-home care, who have severe and/or complex mental health needs.
The service delivers clinical and coordinated support to children and young people including their stakeholder network to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
The Queensland ETS program is an external third-party funded program under a Memorandum of Understanding between Queensland Health and the Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety.
About The Role
Accountable for all operational and managerial aspects and leadership of the multidisciplinary team of child and youth mental health.
Demonstrate a high level of clinical knowledge and skill to ensure effective service delivery within the speciality area of the child and youth mental health services.
Provide expert clinical and operational leadership and expertise in strategic, operational, and human resource management utilising a well-developed level of clinical knowledge, problem-solving skills and experience of complex contemporary clinical practice standards to ensure optimal clinical outcomes for consumers.
