About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing person to join our team in Canning Vale, Perth. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2 years or more of experience in graphic design and digital marketing, who is eager to contribute to various marketing initiatives and support our sales team with compelling visual content. You'll be working closely with the sales team and management across project content (Design for Exhibits, presentations, website updates, LinkedIn posts, photography & create case studies) as well as continuous brand enhancement, and overall brand image for our Australian and New Zeeland offices. This role is a permanent part-time opportunity, for minimum 2 days per week, with potential for expanding the work hours.
Key Responsibilities
1. Print & Digital Presentations: Design and develop engaging presentations and proposals for the sales team in client acquisition and retention.
2. Brand & Design Support: Work closely with the Management to execute design tasks, ensuring brand consistency across all materials. Take control of the rollout of brand & products updates across internal documents and communication materials.
3. Event & Collateral Support: Create stunning graphics for events across booth design, printed collateral and digital marketing. Work with the sales team in the planning and coordination of exhibits and other events.
4. Content and Digital Marketing: take control of content development for social media platforms, our blog and email campaigns, aligning with overall marketing strategies.
5. Photography Coordination: Coordinating project photography throughout construction and at the completion of projects.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Graphic Design Experience: 2 years or more in a graphic design role, preferably within a studio and/or B2B environment.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Autonomy & Organisation: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
5. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
6. Desirable: Digital Marketing Exposure – Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, or SEO best practices is an advantage.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, email marketing software (Mailchimp) & WordPress is a must..
7. Driver's license (car)
