Job Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as an Intake Administration Assistant. This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative and clerical services within our Allied Health and Chronic Disease Intake team.
The successful candidate will be working collaboratively with intake staff as well as clients in the community. They will also be required to support front reception during busy periods and break times.
This position requires timely and efficient management and processing of incoming referrals, as well as confidential management of medical record establishment and adherence to our Intake process.
About You
* Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)
* Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)
* Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent experience in an administrative role in a health setting
* Ability to work in a busy office environment to self-manage demanding and changing workloads and competing priorities
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills including ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds
