An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Manager - Food Services to join our Health Support Services team, working across all Food Services sites but primarily based at the Central Production Kitchen (CPK) in Altona.
**Qualification and Experience**:
- Managerial experience of QMS** / **Food Safety Programs (HACCP) in a food manufacturing environment to ensure all compliance are met.
- Tertiary qualification in Food Technology/Food Science or Applied Science, Nutrition (desirable).
- Internal auditing qualification and experience.
- HACCP program development and implementation, including design and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- Up to date knowledge of food standards (FSANZ) and HACCP guidelines; food safety, labelling, allergens, NIPS, etc.
- Advanced MS Office Suite and databases (i.e. Foodworks, Syspro).
- Excellent investigative, technical and analytical skills and ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including report writing and staff training.
- Strong organisation skills - ability to work independently and to plan, control, co-ordinate and manage day to day operations efficiently.
- Ability to work in a busy and challenging team environment.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to actively contribute and develop.
- A well-developed customer service ethic and strong commitment to improving service delivery.
