Overview
The company is operating fully remotely while navigating COVID-19 guidelines. Offices are in Hoboken, New York City, London, and Tel Aviv. This position is open to all qualified applicants able to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
* Provide operations support for a growing book of cryptocurrency assets
* Help to manage the book for profitability
* Send interest statements to borrowers
* Execute lending agreements and maintain records in the system
* Settle trades across a range of details in both crypto and fiat currencies
* Reconcile records of loans on a daily and weekly basis
* Resolve trade settlement issues in a timely manner
* Actively engage with clients globally
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* 1-3 years of experience in trading and/or lending cryptocurrencies
* Experience building relationships and articulating product
* Ability to communicate with multiple clients on a different platform
* Capable of working under stressful market condition
* Hands-on experience with transferring digital assets
* Team player
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
