Qualifications & experience
* A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a Managed Services Provider environment
* Strong M365 Ecosystem administration and support skills
* Commitment to fostering great relationships
* A desire for self-development and career progression
* Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies
Highly Regarded
Experience in the following areas will also be well regarded:
* VOIP / SIP services. Specifically, in 3CX or Teams Direct Routing.
* Microsoft 365: Conditional Access, Compliance, SharePoint, Endpoint Manager, Defender Endpoint & Information Rights Management.
* Have a good understanding of the broader Microsoft Application ecosystem.

Tasks & responsibilities
* Maintain, support, administer, and troubleshoot on-prem and cloud-based systems
* Design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 solutions
* Design, implementation, and management of Azure Cloud Environments
* Advanced experience in deploying and managing network infrastructure (Routing/NAT/VLAN)
* Configuration and management of network hardware (Switches, Routers, WAPs)
* Backup, DR, and Business Continuity design, implementation, and management
* Maintaining familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, Automation, etc)
