The Team Leader is an integral role within our Service and Selling team, supporting our Customer Service Managers to optimise customer in-store experiences. Team Leaders coach, develop and engage with their Service and Selling team, share sales knowledge and lead by example providing outstanding customer service to achieve sales targets.

* People leadership / supervisory experience within a retail environment
* Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
* Strong work ethic
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills
* Time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
* Passion for customer service and a love of retail!
