The Role
The Training Officer is required to assess and implement training requirements to ensure the safety, quality, compliance and efficiency of the field and office staff. They will also need to gauge skill shortages and address these through tailored training programs. This role will require implementation of certification programs tailored to suit the business and staffing needs also including managing apprentice profiling.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and maintain the training needs of the business.
* Coordinate and implement certification requirements of staff and maintain assessment regimes.
* Coordinate the development and implementation of technical training programs including but not limited to service and installation procedures and general safe practices.
* Coordinate and maintain the Apprentice training program and any other technical education programs.

Qualifications and Skills
* 5 Years lift industry experience.
* Service and Installation experience, including a variety of equipment.
* Electrical qualification preferred.
* Basic understanding of Lift Codes and practices.
* Valid driver's license.
