What success looks like in this role:
The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment
Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals)
Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's
Test and Tag experience highly regarded
Minimum of 6months experience in supporting Deskside support environment
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
NV1 security clearance must have for this role.
Driver's License is required
