Apply now Job no: 497747Work type: Permanent Full-TimeLocation: FitzroyCategories: OtherWeb DeveloperThe Brotherhood of St Laurence is seeking a passionate Web Developer to join our dedicated team in Strategy and Impact.Job Type: Permanent Full-Timeworking 38 hours per weekSalary:$100,544.29 to $105,096.07 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 11.5% superannuation.(pro-rata for part-time employment)What we offer our employeesSalary packaging options to improve your take home pay – up to $18,500 can be packaged every year (details viaAccessPay )!Leave loading of 17.5%Flexible working arrangementsEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounted health insurance and free flu shots each yearAbout the roleThe Web Developer is responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimisation of BSL’s digital platforms.Develop and deploy clean code that follows best practicesTest both new and existing functionality and correct potential errors that may arise across BSL’s websitesReview BSL's websites to deliver improved information architecture, functionality and content strategyImplement and maintain reporting using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager), across all digital platforms to ensure accurate measurement of user engagement, campaign performance, and conversion goalsDevelop and manage Power BI dashboards that visualise key website and digital campaign metrics, enabling stakeholders to monitor performance and make data-informed decisions.About Brotherhood of St LaurenceWe are passionate about the work we do.
