About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the ongoing use and enhancement of our lending platform and Loan Management System (LMS).
This is a 6-month contract with option to extend, based from our Miami office on the Gold Coast, working closely with internal technical teams, external vendors, and key business stakeholders across Credit, Sales and Operations.
You will play a hands-on role analysing workflows, documenting current and future state processes, and supporting system changes that improve lending and servicing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyselending and servicing workflows across the lending platform and LMS, documenting current and future state processes
* Gather business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops and team discussions
* Performgap analysis between legacy lending systems and the LMS to identify functional differences and improvement opportunities
* Work closelywith internal technical teams and external vendors to clarify requirements and support system enhancements
* Prepare and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams and system specifications
* Support system testing by preparing test scenarios and validating system behaviour within the LMS
* Investigatesystem outputs to identify and resolve loan processing or servicing issues, coordinating remediation with technical teams
* Collaborate with Credit and Sales stakeholders to ensure system configuration aligns with operational and regulatory requirements
About You
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, ideally lending or credit
* Experience working with Loan Management Systems (LMS) highly regarded
* Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement
* Experience working with technical teams andthird-party vendors
* Comfortable supporting system testing and change delivery
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Clear, practical communicator able to manage competing priorities
* Experience with finPOWER highly regarded
