About This Role
This operational and hands-on position is responsible for learning and development, remuneration and benefits, and strategic HR partnering.
Reporting to the People & Culture Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
* Learning & Development: Design and implement our L&D strategy, deliver leadership programs, and support succession planning.
* Remuneration & Benefits: Manage frameworks, conduct benchmarking, and ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation.
* Strategic HR Partnering: Provide insights on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management. Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and retention strategies.
