Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist with junior-level expertise (1+ years and solid experience) to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects with one of our major big-brand clients, contributing to meaningful insights and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
* Collaborate with a major brand client to understand their business needs and deliver tailored data science solutions.
* Build and refine predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems.
* Use Databricks to design and manage data pipelines, perform analytics, and deploy machine learning workflows.
* Conduct exploratory data analysis and preprocess large datasets for actionable insights.
* Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
* Continuously monitor and optimize model performance to ensure business impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
* 1+ years of professional experience in a data science role.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
* Hands-on experience with Databricks for analytics and machine learning tasks.
* Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
* Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
