Fulltime position based in Charlestown or BroadmeadowThe Participant Support Officer is dedicated to helping Skills for Education and Employment Program (SEE) participants feel supported in their learning journey, working collaboratively with trainers to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment, and building strong connections with stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for students and the program.

About you....
To be successful in this exciting and rewarding role the ideal candidate will have:
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, community networks, and employers to enhance program outcomes.
* Certificate IV qualification in relevant field or experience in stakeholder engagement and participant support
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience in managing conflict and challenging customer behaviour.
* Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Current Drivers Licence and willingness to travel across Hunter region.
