With 30% of this team promoted last year, this is a company that invests in growth, training, and long-term careers.The OpportunityAs a Client Service Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of clients, working directly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure daily operations remain smooth, and any issues are spotted early and actioned accordingly.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic and exciting role.
It's not your ordinary service role!
What You'll DoManage customer enquiries and bookings across phone, email and system channelsLiaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide proactive updatesBuild strong relationships with clients, acting as their go-to contactInvestigate and resolve complaints, escalating when requiredMaintain accurate records and reporting for your clientsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious customer service or account management experience is highly regarded but not necessaryRetail or Hospitality experience with good tenure is HIGHLY REGARDEDStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook (Excel a plus)Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesDegree qualification preferred but not essentialWhat's on Offer$65,000 – $70,000 + super + annual bonus (up to 5%)Structured induction, mentoring and ongoing developmentClear progression pathwaysSupportive, collaborative culture with an exciting new EVP being createdAPPLY TODAY for a confidential chat about your pathway to corporate success.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
