Overview
Duties
* Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
* Exhibit a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build end-to-end automated processes using declarative tools.
* Investigate and troubleshoot OmniStudio components including FlexCards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, and integration procedures.
* Perform ongoing system administration, including maintaining users, monitoring application metrics, managing Salesforce configurations, and ensuring data integrity.
* Deploy changes via the existing DevOps framework.
* Interrogate various log sources to investigate issues.
* Evaluate new Salesforce releases to determine functionality requirements and assess how changes will impact departments and users.
* Develop and maintain documentation on processes and configurations.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines (business, architecture, data, etc.).
* Work within an Agile delivery methodology.
* Troubleshoot API and integration issues with applications such as MuleSoft.
* Develop meaningful event monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
* Provide knowledge transfer and training within the team.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. At least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
2. Experience/exposure with Salesforce Industries, including OmniStudio.
3. Hands-on experience with version control, branching, and metadata deployments.
4. Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201 or ADM211) and Platform App Builder.
5. Demonstrable experience providing technical support for Experience Cloud.
6. Platform Developer I Certification or Vlocity Certification is a plus.
7. Enthusiasm for accessible design and development, with a keen interest in accessibility considerations.
