We are looking for a full-time Field Service Technician (Electrical) to join our Field Service Team. You will be based in Melbourne, from home, with a minimum of two days per week working on Melbourne port site with travel throughout Australia and APAC.
Preferably you are an Electrician with proven maintenance hands-on experience on electro-mechanical equipment, in particular in the Ports & Maritime industry or similar.
All necessary equipment and tools are provided, along with a fully maintained vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional service and support to Cavotec customers by performing field service commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, repairs and maintenance on all Cavotec products including automated mooring systems.
- Serve as a field-based technician with regular travel across Australia and APAC as required.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure secure, efficient and timely resolution of service tasks.
Qualifications
- Electrician with proven hands-on maintenance experience on electro-mechanical equipment, preferably in the Ports & Maritime industry or similar.
- Ability to work autonomously from home-based location with travel to customer sites.
- Willingness to travel as required and operate across multiple sites.
