About The Role
A boutique legal practice, respected for delivering professional, trusted, and results-oriented services to a diverse range of clients, is seeking a Legal Assistant to the Principal and Accredited Specialist in Leasing. In this role, you will independently manage commercial leasing and property dispute matters, ensuring accurate, timely outcomes with minimal supervision.
Key Duties
Prepare, draft, and review lease documents, agreements, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings with clients, stakeholders, and the Principal
Assist the Principal with lease renewals, variations, and follow-ups
Liaise with clients, tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to progress matters
Proactively identify and resolve issues in leasing workflows
Maintain accurate records and compliance across all leasing matters
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience as a Legal Assistant in leasing
Able to manage matters autonomously under minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
Capable of prioritising competing deadlines and matters effectively
