Our client, located in the inner suburbs of Perth, they are a leading property group operating a large portfolio across the Perth. They house an incredibly high-performing team who love the environment this longstanding leadership team have created.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive commercial team.
* Management of a mixed use / commercial portfolio.
* Management of rent collectionand outgoings
* Manage rental arrears
* Negotiation of lease renewals and transfers including completing the relevant documentation
* Conduct property inspections, prepare inventory and condition reports
* Annual Outgoings Budgets and Reconciliations
The Candidate
* Previous experience in Commercial Property Management (ideally minimum 1-2 x years)
* Open to strong Residential experience with the goal to grow into commercial.
* A good understanding of the retail tenancies act
* A current Certificate of Registration
* Clean drivers license
* Corporate presentation
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
