We are looking for a strategic Account Growth Manager to become a "trusted adviser" to our existing client base. This isn't just about maintaining accounts; it’s about identifying untapped potential, delivering bespoke solutions, and driving measurable growth. Location: Balmain Working Model: Hybrid Salary: $90-105k Super $10k Bonus Sector: Financial Services Why You’ll Love Working With Us Hybrid Balance: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Balmain office and the rest from home. Market Authority: Represent a proven product suite for a company with a 20-year track record of excellence. Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a high-energy Business Development team and a dedicated Client Services department that supports you in delivering excellence. Your Impact Strategic Growth: Identifying and winning new card programs within your assigned accounts. Retention & Upselling: Proactively managing the lifecycle of existing programs and introducing new products (cross-selling) to different departments. Trusted Advocacy: Building long-term, high-value relationships where clients look to you for payment strategy. National Reach: Collaborating with our BDM teams in VIC, SA, and WA, including occasional interstate travel (approx. 3–5 trips per year) to visit key clients in Melbourne and Perth. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 3–5 years in Account Management with a proven track record of growing revenue within an existing client base. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you are as comfortable presenting in a boardroom as you are writing a detailed proposal. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel/Word and comfortable using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a major plus).
