Your Impact Strategic Growth: Identifying and winning new card programs within your assigned accounts. Retention & Upselling: Proactively managing the lifecycle of existing programs and introducing new products (cross-selling) to different departments. Trusted Advocacy: Building long-term, high-value relationships where clients look to you for payment strategy. National Reach: Collaborating with our BDM teams in VIC, SA, and WA, including occasional interstate travel (approx. 3–5 trips per year) to visit key clients in Melbourne and Perth. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 3–5 years in Account Management with a proven track record of growing revenue within an existing client base. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you are as comfortable presenting in a boardroom as you are writing a detailed proposal. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel/Word and comfortable using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a major plus).
