We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to support our organization with generalist HR matters.
As HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing employee correspondence
* Coordinating and scheduling onboarding activities
* Triage of the HR inbox
* Scheduling interviews
* Coordinating administrative support for inductions
* Providing administrative support to recruitment and personnel
* Updating employee data
* Creating job offers
* Updating HR systems with confidential employee details
* Administration of various tasks, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and other duties
Requirements:
* Demonstrated work experience in Human Resources or talent acquisition roles
* Previous experience with HR systems or other internal software
* A tertiary qualification (ideally) in Human Resource Management or related fields would be an advantage
* Strong communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence
* High attention to detail
* Professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
This is a temporary assignment with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
