About the Role
This is an excellent chance for you to develop your skills as a tutor, coach, and mentor. You will be responsible for delivering clear and structured SACE Maths lessons that build conceptual understanding and exam technique. Additionally, you will motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach: Deliver high-quality SACE Maths lessons that cater to students' needs.
* Coach: Foster students' engagement and motivation by encouraging them to practice and improve their skills.
* Mentor: Provide guidance and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
Requirements
* A strong academic background in Maths Methods and Specialist Maths (ATAR 99+).
* First-year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
* Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset.
* A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability.
