is one of South Australia’s most iconic sporting institutions. With a rich history, a passionate supporter base, a strong presence in the SANFL and SANFLW and high-calibre football leadership, NAFC is entering a dynamic phase of growth and opportunity - on and off the field. A rare opportunity exists for an accomplished business leader to steer the Club into its exciting future. Reporting to the experienced and credible Board, the CEO will implement the Club’s strategic direction from the Board, driving operational performance and cultural development. Key responsibilities include: leading financial and commercial operations across all Club entities; overseeing football operations, licensed venues and administration; enhancing relationships with sponsors, media, SANFL and community partners; driving innovation in marketing, branding and member engagement; leading the performance and development of staff to meet operational goals and deliver excellence across all areas; fostering a strong, inclusive and accountable club culture across the organisation; supporting growth and investment in strengthening development pathways within junior and regional academy programs, SANFL and SANFLW competitions. Applications are sought from both established and emerging executives with a proven track record in strategic and operations management, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement. A collaborative style, combined with energy and vision, will be key to building on the Club’s solid foundations and driving future success. The ability to lead with integrity, inspire high performing teams and connect meaningfully with the broader community are critical. Senior leadership experience in sports administration, operations and/or venue management will be well regarded. With recent facility upgrades, sound operational systems, a committed Board and strong community engagement, NAFC is well positioned to build on its significant legacy of excellence.
