About the Logistics Supervisor Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to lead our logistics administration function, supporting key operational services including accommodation, flights, vehicles, canteen operations, uniforms and general office administration.
This role provides leadership, structure and consistent service delivery to ensure high-quality support for both FIFO and residential workforce requirements.
You will work closely with all internal departments and external service providers to deliver efficient, compliant and customer-focused logistics services.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee logistics processes including accommodation, flights, vehicles, uniforms, canteen and general office administration.
* Manage company housing, camp rooms and rentals, ensuring allocations, housekeeping and records are accurate and well maintained.
* Coordinate all employee flight bookings and changes in line with rosters and approval requirements.
* Supervise company light-vehicle allocations, rentals, compliance and reporting.
* Oversee canteen operations, meal counts, invoicing, hygiene checks and service quality.
* Manage uniform fittings, ordering, stock levels and supplier coordination.
* Team Support: Lead and support the logistics administration team, ensuring high-quality service and a positive, team-focused work environment.
