About the Role

This role requires you to provide customers with seamless banking experiences by meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals. This includes transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on available financial solutions.

This position is based mainly in branches and requires delivering high standards of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and strong advocates for our organization.

You will be part of a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver excellent customer experiences. You'll focus on delivering our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates.

Monday: 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM = 7 hours
Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 04:30 PM = 6 hours
Wednesday: Not rostered
Thursday: Not rostered
Friday: 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM = 7 hours
Saturday: Not rostered
Sunday: Not rostered

Your Day as a Banking Professional

You will contribute to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for customers. Key responsibilities include actively participating in programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and taking responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring exceptional customer focus, retail experience being an advantage. Experience using technology and working knowledge of digital channels is also beneficial. You'll need to be adaptable, willing to work in a collaborative team environment, and possess sound understanding of compliance and excellent communication skills.
