Senior Site Manager - Relocate to Adelaide (High Rise Project)
$180k - $240k Package Inclusive of Super.
Please note this position is based in Adelaide, SA and will require permanent relocation.

Currently they are seeking a Building Supervisor for their Adelaide operation to join the business on a permanent basis.
YOUR NEXT ROLE: You will be hired permanently and set to work on one of their projects within the pipeline which range in scale and size. One most likely is a large multilevel residential construction project. You will be responsible for the safety on site, coordinating works, working closely with the project managers, clients and other stakeholders and overseeing the sub-contractors. Ensuring things run smoothly and the quality of the works is at a very high level. You will create regular reporting, attend and coordinate meetings and oversee industrial relations matters and inductions.
ARE YOU A FIT? You will be an experienced Site Manager who can manage large commercial builds. Ideally, you will have worked on $20m+ Australian commercial or large residential high rise multi‐level construction projects. You will be looking for a prominent building company where you can develop your skills and work on challenging projects. You will be a self‐starter, who is diligent, with good attention to detail, communication and people skills and have a good work ethic.
