Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our team in Dubbo. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people aged ***** grappling with chronic drug and alcohol issues.
As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment where young people can learn essential life skills, foster resilience, build confidence, and inspire positive change.

* Cert III or IV in Youth work (or working towards a relevant qualification)
* Previous experience in a relevant industry
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support
* Professional approach to the role including maintaining professional boundaries
* A current NSW drivers' licence
