About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team making a real difference in the lives of children. You will work across split shifts to support our vibrant programs, guiding a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts
* Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community
* Take charge of your team's roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin
Requirements
* You must enjoy working with children and making a positive impact
* You should communicate clearly and confidently
* You should work well in a team and aspire to grow into a leadership role
* You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
* You must have Australian work rights
* You should have obtained or be studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
