We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with individuals to enhance their return-to-work outcomes through strategic case management and clinical assessments.

* Applying your clinical expertise, you will develop injury prevention and workplace education programs that cater to the unique needs of employees and employers.
* You will work closely with medical and allied health professionals to ensure seamless coordination and effective outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement targeted injury prevention and workplace education programs that address specific employee and employer needs.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement tailored solutions that promote optimal health and productivity.
Requirements
A degree in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, or Exercise Physiology is essential, along with full AHPRA registration or ESSA Accreditation. If you possess strong clinical skills, a passion for making a difference, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
