About the Role
Fern is a small team of six working on big projects. We're infrastructure and property specialists focused on projects that benefit communities and the planet.
We're looking for someone who's curious, highly capable, and genuinely excited by this work. You'll be hands–on from day one—building financial models, advising clients, and helping shape projects from community housing to energy infrastructure worth billions of dollars.
Key Responsibilities
* Analysis of projects and their commercial and financial structures
* Modelling, feasibility analysis, client presentations, report writing, bid document preparation
* Working directly with senior clients and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Genuine enthusiasm for infrastructure and property development
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Comfortable in Excel and love problem solving
* Clear communication skills
* Financial and mathematical acumen
* Self-starter, team management and coordination capability
Requirements
* 1-4 years of professional experience
* Degree in Property Development, Engineering, Finance, Commerce, Law or equivalent
* Proficiency in Excel (and ideally VBA)
