About the Role:
* This position is critical to delivering on our strategic objective of 'Investing in our People & Culture' and driving business outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To design, develop, implement, manage a range of learning activities that enhance individual and organisational capability across all divisions within the Commission. This will promote a sustainable approach addressing current/future challenges.
* To work closely with key stakeholders including Chief Operating Officer, People & Culture Manager to deliver projects coordinating complex functions for the broader team enabling the development of their capabilities.
