* Manage the restaurant area efficiently and ensure smooth operations during peak hours
* Assist with events and functions as required

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays
* Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
