The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional individual to join our dealership as a
Service Receptionist
.
Responsibilities include:
Answering the phone- directing calls to the right person, taking messages and responding to general enquiries.
Answering and booking vehicle service customers.
Answering email enquiries for vehicle servicing, recalls and parts.
Making outbound service reminder calls to our customers.
Making after service follow up calls to our customers.
Assisting with other general administration duties.
Qualifications:
Customer service skills in both person and over the phone.
Experience with the 'TUNE' dealer management system will be highly regarded.
Prior Toyota dealer experience will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Be well presented and professional.
You will have been in a previous call centre position.
Excellent attention to detail.
Punctuality and time management skills.
