About the Role
We’re seeking a Dental Assistant AND Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, passionate team in CALOUNDRA,QLD. You’ll play a key role in creating exceptional patient experiences and supporting our clinicians in a modern, thriving practice.
Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Assistant:
· Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments.
· Assist chairside during dental procedures.
· Manage patient records and medical histories.
· Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care.
· Ensure every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident.
Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Receptionist:
· Welcome patients warmly and ensure every interaction reflects our culture of care.
· Manage appointment bookings efficiently using Praktika software.
· Handle calls, enquiries, and payments with professionalism and positivity.
· Coordinate with assistants and clinicians to maintain a smooth, seamless patient flow.
· Contribute to a fun, supportive team environment where everyone thrives.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
· A great communicator who loves connecting with people.
· Confident, proactive, and calm under pressure.
· Organised, professional, and eager to learn.
· Experienced in dental (preferred but not essential).
· Passionate about helping others and being part of a team that makes a difference.
