All Hallows' School is seeking a professional, committed and enthusiastic Senior Administrator | Executive Assistant to the Directors of Business Operations & Community Relations and Development to provide professional, confidential, practical and timely support to the Directors of Business Operations and Community Relations & Development. This role oversees the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Compliance, Capital Programs, Facilities and Retail Services and the areas of Enrolments, Community Relations, Past Pupils, the All Hallows' Foundation, Fundraising and Philanthropy.

The Role
As a Senior Administrator | Executive Assistant to the Directors of Business Operations & Community Relations and Development, you will be providing practical and timely support to the Director of Business Operations and Community Relations & Development, as well as secretarial support to School Management and the Foundation Board. Further, you will be responsible for:
Diary and Workflow Management
Prepare, manage, record and distribute meeting documentation, minutes and other relevant papers
Maintenance of internal documentation and relevant accounts
Support internal and external communications
Ad hoc administrative duties
Skills & Experience
Successful applicants will hold demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within a large business, as well as some, if not all, of the following:
Practised knowledge of Office 365
Strong problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a School or Not-for-Profit is desirable
Have the appropriate clearances, qualifications or registrations to perform administrative functions within a School
