Senior Administration Officer, Rockingham
We have a 2 Part-Time permanent prospect for a Senior Administration Officer in Rockingham. Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll lead the administration team to provide excellent customer service and administrative support within the facility. The Administration Officer reports into the Senior role.
Responsibilities include general data entry, record maintenance, coordinating meetings, and coaching the wider administrative team to provide a welcoming first point of contact for queries from residents and their families.
Roster options:
- Roster 1 - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Friday; Week 2: Tuesday and Friday
- Roster 2 - Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday; Week 2: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
About you
The right candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with strong Microsoft Office skills and experience. You will have a solutions-focused mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities. You will be committed to accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to perform precise data entry to support the team. You will also have:
- In-depth experience in a similar, service-focused role
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Accreditation Quality Standards (desirable)
- Microsoft Office proficiency at an intermediate level
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
