About the Opportunity
This fixed-term position provides essential support to our curatorial team and the broader arts, culture and economic development sector during a period of staff leave.
* Assist in delivering exhibitions and events at Town Hall Gallery
* Support front-of-house operations and contribute to the stewardship of the Community Exhibition Program
* Maintain gallery supplies, the collection database, and assist with moving artworks between venues
* Provide front-of-house services, greet patrons, and ensure artworks are appropriately supervised
We seek a motivated arts professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual arts. Experience in gallery operations, exhibition installation, and public engagement is required.
Key qualities include flexibility, collaboration, and confidence working with artists, curators, and the public, including outside standard business hours.
