Infrastructure Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced infrastructure professional to join our team as a Roads, Infrastructure & Assets Coordinator. The role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on remote communities through strategic, on-the-ground infrastructure work.
This is a critical role in the delivery of road construction and infrastructure upgrades across diverse and remote locations. You will oversee the delivery of capital projects, manage tenders and work schedules, contractor performance, and WHS.
* Develop and implement asset management plans and reporting frameworks.
* Conduct site inspections across remote communities in the region.
* Support infrastructure-related grants, planning, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contractors and capital works.
* Lead critical roadworks and capital projects.
* Deliver quality outcomes across a broad regional footprint.
Requirements:
* Civil engineering or related discipline qualifications (Cert IV or higher).
* Driver Licence, WWC Card, and Criminal History Check.
What We Offer:
* $84,656.65 base salary + super.
* Up to $5,000 relocation support.
