Job Title: ICT Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled ICT Manager to lead our digital services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our technology strategy to support the growth and success of our organization.
* Lead a high-performing team of ICT professionals to deliver exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement technology roadmaps to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and projects.
* Ensure the effective management of IT infrastructure, applications, and services to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with increasing scope and complexity.
* Proven track record in managing technology service lines or product portfolios.
* Strong ability to build trust and collaborate with senior business leaders on strategic roadmaps.
* Experience leading or partnering on major transformation or change initiatives.
* Deep understanding of service delivery and lifecycle management (e.g., ITIL or equivalent).
* Demonstrated success in uplifting customer satisfaction, service quality, and technical maturity.
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Formal training or certification in service management, Agile delivery, or enterprise architecture (highly desirable).
