A key member of the Employment Relations function supporting a diverse and complex set of Employee Relations priorities across Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Director Employee Relations, People and Capability, you will provide leadership and pragmatic advice on employee relations and support change management implementation, to ensure compliance with relevant workplace relations requirements and to support engagement and a high-performance culture. You will support the operating businesses by providing specialist advice and support in relation to case management, organisational change, bargaining and union interactions. You will also work as part of the Employee Relations team in the carriage of internal and external Employment Relations and industrial matters. As well as contributing to the development and implementation of ER strategies, policies, procedures and governance.
