What matters is that you're hungry.
Not \"keen to learn\" hungry.
Hungry hungry.
The kind of hungry that wants their work in award annuals, group chats and conversations.
Preferably all three.
The kind of hungry that gets annoyed when a good idea ends up as a mediocre execution.
That wants to make work people actually talk about.
Maybe you're in a big agency and can feel the light slowly being sucked from your soul.
Maybe the latest merger, acquisition, restructure or transformation has you wondering if anyone remembers why we got into this business in the first place.
Maybe you just want to work somewhere fun.
We don't expect you to have all the answers.
We do expect you to arrive with the attitude that will help find some of them.
A few requirements:
Sydney based.
0–4/5 years' experience maximum.
Preferably from a design background.
An unhealthy interest in making great work.
Strong creative instincts.
Comfortable talking to your co-workers IRL.
Must enjoy Friday lunches at some of Surry Hills' finest public houses.
Must possess a sense of humour.
Must care.
