We are currently seeking a highly experienced and organised Civil S26 Supervisor to join our Port Hedland Division on a full-time residential basis. If you are a proactive leader with strong civil expertise and a passion for driving safe and high-quality outcomes, we want to hear from you.

About the role:
We are seeking a Civil S26 Supervisor for our full-time residential team with Concreting, Formwork, Steel Install and Civil Machinery Operations experience. The successful candidate will be an advocate for the business both within the organisation and externally. This will require a strong commitment to meeting client expectations, as well as positive and productive relationship management skills and a continual improvement mindset. you will work closely with an experienced Superintendent to provide oversight of civil construction and maintenance activities, including earthworks, road works, drainage, concrete, and structural remediation.
About you:
* Australian-recognised Civil trade qualification. (mandatory)
* Working at heights (Mandatory)
* Confined Space (Mandatory)
* Supervisor Certificates (S26)
* Experience in supervisory roles within civil or mining environments
* Current driver's licence.
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
