Job Title: Education Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic education assistant to support our teachers in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. About the Role:
In this education assistant role, you will assist with various tasks such as sports events, school trips, and managing teaching materials and equipment. You will also help keep accurate student records and assist with roll call. Your job will involve working well with the team, communicating clearly, and being sensitive to students with higher needs.
You will support students with special needs, helping with tasks like assisting with meals, dressing, or toileting. You will also help with science, cooking, and textile classes, preparing and storing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
* Support individual student needs and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Help with sports events, school trips, and managing teaching materials and equipment
* Keep accurate student records and assist with roll call
* Support students with special needs, including assisting with meals, dressing, or toileting
