The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Services Lead to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise all your skills to oversee the admin team and provide timely and effective support to senior executives and the wider Group.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Executive Support Manager, this role is responsible for:
- Managing the Administration Services team - x 2 direct reports.
- Providing admin and project support to the Senior Executive team including document preparation, diary management and meeting administration.
- Managing a broad range of administration tasks and supports as required across THRF Group, including advisory bodies/committees.
- Overseeing facility management requirements across all properties including coordinating repairs and maintenance.
