Administration Support Role
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who is passionate about providing exceptional support to a team.
You will be responsible for carrying out administration duties including general office procedures, data entry, rostering internal audits and orientation of new staff members.
Key skills required include experience in administration and rostering, excellent communication skills, ability to learn new technology and provide support and supervision to Reception employees.
About the Job:
You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will have a background in aged care administration and/or rosters, preferably with experience in validating payroll information.
