Description
We have an opportunity for a Civil Drafter to join our Community Development team in Springfield, Queensland. This role will see you provide civil drafting services using AutoCAD for a wide variety of land, urban and subdivision projects. Our projects are located locally and throughout the Southeast Queensland region.

Responsibilities
* Preparation of conceptual and detailed design drawings in accordance with statutory requirements and standards
* Civil engineering design for land subdivision, road and drainage projects using AutoCAD
* Participate in the delivery of projects and ensure output is of a high standard and within time and cost budget allocations
* Managing deliverables of a project including quality control and the coordination of drafting staff
* Providing input to the continuous improvement of our design and drafting standards
* Ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded
About You
* Demonstrated Civil drafting experience, ideally in civil infrastructure, land, urban or subdivisions
* Demonstrated experience using design software including AutoCAD
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
* A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
* 12D design experience highly regarded
* Minimum of Associate's Degree or Technical School Diploma/Certificate Computer‐Aided Design Technology
